Rivers Bend Ice Cream & Country Diner:Rivers Bend Ice Cream & Country Diner is a family restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. The breakfast menu includes pancakes, French toast, oatmeal, oatmeal, sides, omelettes, sausage with gravy, and biscuits, as well as all-day breakfast platters. My recommendations: Blueberry Belgian waffles, any of the breakfast platters.

Above and Beyond Grinder: Grinders is a great lunch spot featuring burgers; croissants and wraps; flatbread pizzas; grinder sandwiches; chicken, steak and fish dinners; combos including soup and salad, grinder and soup, dinner salad and baked potato, and grinder and dinner salad; soups; salads and appetizers. My recommendations: Croissant BLT, strawberry walnut wrap.

A-Town Burgers and Beers: The burgers at A-Town Burgers and Beers are not hamburgers; these are steak burgers made from a mixture of chuck, brisket and short ribs. The menu offers a variety of burgers, hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, salads, soups, appetizers, sides, and several beers as well as other beverages. My recommendations: Aviator Steak Burger, or, if you’re looking for a vegetarian meal, the Impossible burger, sweet potato fries.

Hibachi Express: Offering Japanese cuisine, Hibachi Express is a great place to take out. My recommendations: Salmon avocado roll, hibachi chicken.

Stone Age Pizzas: To stone age pizza, they take the Stone Age seriously, with dinosaur decorations and a caveman and a cavewoman hanging out on the premises. But the food is of our times. The menu offers all kinds of pizzas, including stuffed pizzas, calzones, strombolis, pepperoni rolls and other flavored rolls, breadsticks and cheese sticks, salads, sandwiches and wings. My recommendations: BBQ chicken pizza, spinach roll.

Aeonian Brewing Co.: Opened in March 2021, Aeonian Brewing Co. has an inviting environment and high quality craft beer and food. The beer menu features a variety of traditional and unique craft beers, from pilsners to IPAs to stouts. The full menu includes entrees, fish and chips, burgers, wraps and salads. My recommendations: Chicken bacon ranch wrap, Stark Contrast beer.
