Samsung Electronics Launches New Bespoke French-Door Refrigerator, Bringing Personalization and Convenience to More Kitchens
The new bespoke French door refrigerator combines customizable design with space and food saving features, and ensures that there is a refrigerator made to measure to meet the needs of every family.
Samsung Electronics today announced the global launch of the bespoke French-door refrigerator, starting in the United States and expanding to regions around the world by the end of the year. Initially unveiled at CES 2022, the new model is available in a choice of 3- and 4-door configurations, and with options that include Family Hub™. With the launch, the Bespoke range now includes a model to suit the needs of every family.
Combining unique and customizable designs with Samsung’s latest storage and cooling innovations, the new range gives consumers the fridge they’ve always wanted with the convenience they really need. A choice of 12 sleek glass and steel finishes lets families choose the perfect look to complement their kitchen, while SpaceMax™ technology lets them comfortably store all their groceries for all types of cooking.

Your fridge, your way
Available in a variety of stylish colors and finishes, the custom-designed French door refrigerator allows families to transform their kitchen to personalize it to suit their lifestyle. The sleek, modern style of the fridge features interchangeable panels, flat doors and recessed handles for a seamless built-in look.
The sleek design ensures it won’t look out of place when installed next to existing appliances and cabinets. The integration of the water and ice dispensers inside the appliance emphasizes the elegant simplicity of the design.
A choice of 12 glass and steel finishes invites families to get creative when selecting the perfect refrigerator design for their kitchen. Glass finishes include Charcoal, Gray, Pink, White, plus new Clean Sunrise Yellow, Clementine, and Morning Blue. Steel finishes include matte black, navy, stainless steel, tuscany and new emerald green.
Convenient features maximize performance
The bespoke French door refrigerator comes with Samsung’s latest cooling and storage innovations. These convenient features provide families with freshly filtered water and the freedom to customize cooling settings.
Integrated inside the refrigerator to reduce the risk of contamination, the Beverage Center™ provides quick and easy access to refreshing, naturally flavored water. As soon as it is placed inside the refrigerator, the dishwasher passes1 and BPA-free2 The auto-fill pitcher automatically fills with purified water, which can be infused with fruits and herbs to create deliciously flavored beverages.
Dual automatic ice maker produces both cube ice and bite iceMT, which are smaller than ice cubes and can chill drinks much faster. It is capable of producing 5.3 lbs (2.4 kg) of ice per day and stores up to 9.9 lbs (4.5 kg)3 — twice as much as other ice makers. Its sliding lid makes it easy to use an ice cream scoop and helps protect ice from exposure to air when the freezer door is open.
The refrigerator’s FlexZone™4 helps keep food fresh longer by storing it in optimal conditions. With five preset temperature modes including Soft Freeze, Meat/Fish, Beverage, Deli and Wine, this independently controlled compartment gives families the flexibility to store a wide range of items to suit their needs.
The bigger the better
Modern families need refrigerators that match their style of cooking with maximized storage space and freshness preservation. With upgrades that create more room for family must-haves, the bespoke French door refrigerator allows households to store more food more efficiently.
The 4-door model has 29 cubic feet of internal capacity, while the 3-door model has 30 cubic feet. The models’ spacious designs were made possible in part by Samsung’s SpaceMax™ technology. High-efficiency insulation has made the interior walls of the refrigerator thinner, creating more room for groceries.
With more and more households consuming fresh produce these days, the large-capacity Big Veggie Box provides convenient space for storing all kinds of fresh fruits and vegetables. The compartment eliminates messy fridges and wilting vegetables by keeping food at optimal temperature longer. Creating more space for fresh produce saves fridge shelf space while helping families save time and travel to the store.
The new large pantry,5 meanwhile, it’s a dedicated drawer that allows families to store a lot more meat, poultry and other delicate ingredients like fish. Prepared foods and meal kits fit neatly inside so interior refrigerator shelves can be tidied up and organized. There is even a dedicated space for canned drinks to be stored upright.
More fun with Family Hub™
The availability of Family Hub™ adds new layers of fun and efficiency to managing the entire kitchen and home. The platform’s features have been expanded for 2022 to make it even easier for families to stay connected, organized and entertained.
Now, in addition to sharing photos and messages, families can use Family Hub™ to watch Samsung TV Plus, listen to music and enjoy streaming experiences by mirroring content from their Samsung Smart TV or of their Samsung Galaxy smartphone.6 View Inside lets families look inside their fridge remotely, label food types, and create shopping lists and reminders, and has been upgraded to identify items more accurately .
With new built-in Alexa support, Family Hub™ also gives consumers access to Amazon Keys7 services directly from their refrigerator. Families can talk to Alexa, listen to Amazon Music and Audible, read Kindle books, and even replace their refrigerator water filter with Smart Reorders.8
