1 part (50 ml) Hendrick’s gin

3 parts (150 ml) tonic water

3 slices of thinly sliced ​​cucumber


Combine all the ingredients in a highball filled with ice cubes. Stir lightly and garnish with three slices of thinly sliced ​​cucumber and lemon zest, and serve.

French 75


1 part (30 ml) Hendrick’s gin

1/3 part (10 mL) simple syrup

1/3 part (10 ml) lemon juice
